At INOOK, our primary goal is your complete satisfaction with the digital products and services we provide. We operate with transparency and aim to ensure you feel confident in your investment.
Due to the custom nature of web development and digital marketing services, our refund policy reflects the hours of labor, resources, and unrecoverable costs (such as domain registrations and hosting setup) involved in executing a project.

If INOOK sells pre-designed templates or digital assets, these sales are considered final. We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent/downloaded.
If you wish to cancel an ongoing service or project, you must submit a formal request in writing (via email). The cancellation will be effective on the date INOOK acknowledges receipt of the request.
We understand that rare, unforeseen circumstances can occur. INOOK reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any accommodations made outside of this standard policy are purely at the discretion of INOOK management and do not imply a waiver of the stated policy for future transactions.
