Refund Policy

We aim to keep every project transparent before, during and after delivery. The package is paid in two installments, and this is how refunds work if a project is paused or cancelled.

Before production starts

Installment-1 is collected before production begins. If you cancel after paying Installment-1 but before production work has started, it is refundable minus any administrative and paperwork processing already done.

After production starts

Once production begins, payments cover the work delivered to that point. Refunds are calculated on the basis of the productions completed and work done so far. Installment-2 is only requested before final launch and handover, so it largely corresponds to completed work.

Add-ons and third-party costs

Confirmed add-ons are quoted and billed separately and follow the same work-delivered basis. Domain, hosting, business email, plugin licenses and similar third-party purchases are non-refundable once purchased on your behalf.
