Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Introduction

Welcome to INOOK (operated by ANKIT RAJ, MSME Registered - Udyam No: UDYAM-PB-11-0045976). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (inook.in) and services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

INOOK provides the following digital services for the hospitality industry:

  • Website development for hotels and hostels
  • Direct booking system integration
  • Admin dashboard development
  • QR-based food ordering system
  • Custom branded merchandise (water bottles, napkins, etc.)
  • REGINA premium hospitality package

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars ($) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices may be revised without prior notice.

3.2 Payment Terms:

  • For website development: 50% advance payment required to commence work
  • Remaining 50% due upon project completion before delivery
  • For REGINA package: 65% advance, 35% on delivery
  • Payment accepted via Bank Transfer, UPI, or other approved methods

3.3 Late Payments: Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

4. Delivery & Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation. While we strive to meet all deadlines:

  • Website projects: 7-21 days depending on package complexity
  • REGINA package: 20 days from order confirmation
  • Delays may occur due to pending client approvals, content, or external factors

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 No Refunds: Once project work has commenced and access credentials have been shared, NO REFUNDS will be provided.

5.2 Setup Fees: All setup, onboarding, and consultation fees are 100% non-refundable.

5.3 Cancellation:

  • Cancellation before project commencement: Partial refund may be considered (minus administrative fees)
  • Cancellation after project starts: No refund; client responsible for payments due
  • Written cancellation notice of 30 days required

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership: Until full payment is received, all work product, designs, code, and content created by INOOK remains our intellectual property.

6.2 License: Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered work for their business purposes.

6.3 Portfolio Rights: INOOK reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information and content
  • Timely feedback and approvals (within 48 hours of request)
  • Providing necessary brand assets, logos, and photographs
  • Ensuring access credentials provided are accurate and valid
  • Maintaining backup access to all digital accounts

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

8.1 Service Warranty: We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and to the best of our abilities.

8.2 No Guaranteed Results: We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increase, or booking conversions. Results depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

8.3 Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible for changes in third-party platform policies, algorithm updates, or service disruptions (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

INOOK shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Platform algorithm changes or downtime
  • Damages exceeding the total fees paid for the specific service

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information, business strategies, and access credentials shared during the engagement.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • All pending payments become immediately due
  • Access credentials will be returned/revoked as appropriate
  • Client receives all completed work up to termination date

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Negotiation: Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation.

12.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.

12.3 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and Information Technology Act, 2000.

13. Modifications

INOOK reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
